Is there a way to log calls from a BCM 400. The customer has to call 911 quite often because of constant fires, but they have had a few false alarms lately and would like to be able to review a call log to find out for sure where it came from. I know the BCM monitor software does that, but it only keeps the last call in view. Maybe there is a setting I am not using to record this info.
