Meridian Mail - Nortel Opt 11
I setup and configured a M2616 phone and when calling it from another ext it will not go into vm. If dialing the DID voicemail does pick up. Where in the programming is this triggered. thanks!

Make sure FNA is on in the CLS, check that HUNT and FDN are set to the VM DN.

Check the CFTA programming in that TN. If it is set to CFTA, then you are prompted to set external forwarding and hunting, as well as internal CF and hunting.It is in the cls data block.
