I have a customer with a BCM 400 version 3.6. Their receptionist phone has "Alarm 75" showing, and when they hit clear, it goes away for 5-10 minutes then comes back. Is this something I would have to clear by going into the programming? Thanks!

In my experience this is usually caused by a slip in the T1/PRI circuit.

If it continually shows up, you have a clocking problem.
Alarm 75 is reporting that the BCM is no longer synchronized with the T1/PRI network.

Have Telco check it out or replace their NIU.
