A CP150 running Enhanced Call Center and Reporting for Call Center. I don't recall the version at the moment, btu I do remember installing a patch about 4 months ago to bring it current, so it should be the latest and greatest.
The problem is that the IPView program is showing "outmode" and no call traffic stats, and thus they are not able to run reports because they all show nothing but zeros across the board. In other words, I believe that the system is not paying attention to the statistical call data history.
I have rebooted the CP150 and the server that is running MySQL for Call Center, but nothing changes.
Any trees to bark up?

Are you able to view Real Time Reports? Does the connection between the application server and CallPilot test successfully? On the RCC Connection page, is the bottom field for populated with the IP address of the RCC Server PC?
