We had a power outage lastnight and the systems went down hard. Once back up we can use the i250 phones and connect to the BCM, take calls all that is fine but our reporting software is not working, version 2.3.204. The agents can connect the server (A windows XP box) select the realtime agent details report but we get a red light for the connection status. We have reset the systyem several times assuring the BCM is up fully before the server comes up, makes no difference.
Any ideas?

I don't know if this will help, because I have only installed RCC on the CP150 (on a MICS), but check to see if the windows xp machine got updated after the power outage. On the CP150/MICS, if the firewall is on, or the Java got updated, it won't connect.

Try reconfiguring your parameters on the RCC Connection page.

I have had similar problems with RCC. I re-installed the software on the xp machine and it worked fine after. The settings and database stayed intact after the re-install and no data was lost.
