Does anyone have the steps written out to set the on-hold feature to MUSIC, instead of TONES? I have them for the CICS/MICS, but now we're providing MOH for BCM50 users.

Well, I tried that, but after pressing Feature ...it asked for USER ID, which is something new. Thoughts?

Please don't post passwords in the open forum. Check your BCM50 documentation for user ID and password information.

You are not a Telephone System Vendor and you have no right to change programming without Vendor's permission. Client might loose his warranty because of you. Call the vendor and they will do it for you remotly.
