I have a client that I set up a refurbished 3x8 DR5.1 KSU. I can voice call from every phone except from extension 21 (controlling set) It only works when the hand set is picked up. I had an M7310 in first and then I put an M7324. Same result from both sets. All programming is good. Thanks in advance!

are you trying to use the speaker phone to voice call to another extension? check the handsfree setting on X21.
