I am working on a Merdian 1 opt 11 ver:2111 rel:25 issue 40.How can a individual lock their unit? How can I program ELKA and ELKD on units?

ELKA and ELKD are programmed like all other CLS functions in LD 20/11. The lock portion is in the user guide.

I'm receiving a error code sch8896- FFC Data does not exist. I print out in LD 20 3903 CLS does not show ELKD or ELKA.What should I look for next?
