We have a Flashtalk 4 on a CICS onsite. Everything is working fine except the fact that when a call is sent to VM it rings back to who ever sent the Call.

For expample: The operator (101) will send a call to VM (102), it rings the extension (102) 6 times. Rings back to the Operator (101) 1 time, then goes into (102)...

Any ideas on what is going on? If you do how could it be fixed?

so basically he just has to go back in and change the programming around then. I'm unfortunatly not a tech but I am looking to learn as much as I can. That means staying here till 7-8pm working with the owner testing equipment and what not. And reading as much as I can on here in my spare work time.

Thanks..

Not to be malicious and no bad intent intended but, try reading the manuals, FIRST.

It actually sounds like maybe the transfer callback option is set to less than the number of rings on the CFNA/CFB. Check it out and make sure its more than the CFNA

I think that Call back option is the same number of CFNA that is why it's rings back once on Transferee and then end up in MB.
