I installed a BCM 400 with a PRI. When someone dials one of the DID's and 0's out, it goes to a hunt group. If nobody in the hunt group answers, it goes back into the voicemail box of the user. Is there a way to set it up where if nobody in the hunt group answers, it goes to the general auto attendant? Thanks!

What user's MB it's going into? Looks like your Operator's Ext. is a part of HG and it is not going into HG but goes to member of that group which is an Operator ext.!?
