Kevin is right. In many instances of the defective Nortel power supplies, you get NO visual indication at all that it's NOT working. The unit shows power, but it will not operate.

I plugged in a new power supply - I went to a phone and typed in Feature 903, I received the feature is inactive response again. Is feature 903 the proper way to go about activating the 900 series codes? I have reactivated these codes at other sites, and my notes mention F903.

Would feature 983 not still be inactive if 903 is inactive? I didn't check that after 903 did not work.

I believe F9*0 will display the list of feature codes currently enabled.

Kenthia's got 'the hot setup'. And apology accepted, tho I would have assumed it. After all, we all make mistakes, and in this business the little stuff has to be left behind. Keep us posted, we'd like to know it's fixed! John c.
