CICS with Call Pilot. The customer when calling in and getting voicemail can press 0 to go to reception or press 0 then another extension and be transferred to that extension. Customer has asked if we can drop the 0 and just dial another extension.

Any suggestions if we can do this?

I would hate to lose the 0 option for the regular customer that wants a live person but a request is just that.

Thanks
