Just install a brand new mics with 7.1 software, and pri. Also has callpilot 100 with 3.1 software. Everything is working great except that you have to dial two 9's when dialing out. All the did's are working fine except line 157 (main number)The other problem I am having is that I have assigned to appear and ring target line 157 on the reception set(221) this line will ring in on the intercom instead of on the line appearances, and I have assigned 5. I have checked and double check all my programming. I have done this programming many times and have never had these kind of problems. I am thinking that this is a software problem or could it be something else? When you think something is going to go so smoothly it is murphy's law that you will have all kinds of problems!! Every time :)P.S. Thanks to All for all your support!!

Re-check the routing and the destination codes.
How many digits is telco sending? Do you have TL 157 set to receive them? Sounds like the MICS isn't seeing a match. Verify with telco what is being sent to you.
I have few 7.1's installed with PRI and CP with no issues. I haven't heard of any glitches with the SW so far.

For certain you have TL 157 primed to 221. It will ring on the I/C of prime set if the DID rec'vd digits don't match. digits AND length must match. Are all the other TL's A&R or do you have them as R only? If you change them to A&R do they produce the same problem?
99... double check your routing and destination. I've never heard of a PRI requiring an external access code.
If you are sure of the programming you might want to disable and re-enable the card. Failing that try a reboot. It might also be a telco issue for the DID number.
I've seen or heard of no software issues with 7.1.

Thanks for helping Richard!!. It turns out I made a couple of changes when fixing other problems and forgetting to go back and putting the programming back to the way it should be and in rechecking again I caught them. This was a big job and your brain gets tired by 8:00pm so thanks for suggesting to re-check again:) Everything is good now and all system problems are fixed.
