How can I determine the software in a 308 KSU, NT5b05ca is on the label? When I go into config or admin programming I don't see anything that would tell me the software information.

That's a DR1. No Caller ID, No Transfer. Very Basic. Very Old (Early '90's)

Thank you for the help. Is it possible that this 308 is a dr5? I was told it had been up-graded.

I never heard of upgrading a 3x8, unless someone changed the whole board inside.

EZ way to find out. Select a line key then do "Feature" 70. If the display says "Transfer to:", then is has been changed.

I did the feature 70 and it said invalid code. I also notice that when I move the telephone to station pair 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 or 8 and do a *0 to check what station # is on each pair, they all say IC28 set 28 P01 or PO2, P03 and so on. Is their a set relocation program on this basic ksu. I have went thur the program menu and see nothing about set relocation.

If you had selected a line key B/4 doing it, then it's a DR1

I don't remember there being that feature on a DR1. What does the 1st screen say after entering programming?

DR1. Still a good system, just basic. I still have a client with one, has had it for years....no problems.

If the DN is following the phone then set relocation is turned on. I would just default the unit and reprogram.
