We have a Nortel Meridian phone system at the office. Does anyone know if there is a neck loop available that is compatible with this phone that a hearing aid user could use?

You'll have to be more specific on the type of system and phone.

It is a Nortel Meridian M3904 phone. The system is a Meridian SL-100.
Thanks for your help!

I think the part you are looking for is:
ClearSounds Amplified Power Neckloop Accessory 30dB CLS-CLA7-V2

Teledynamics sells it for about half of retail
www.teledynamics.com They sell lots of phone accessories but you need to set up an account (free-no minimum-must be a reseller)

Here are some sources from google:

This is a loop that should work.

The clearsound neck loops use what appears to be a round 2.5 or 3.5 mm connector. The meridian M3904 accepts a standard phone connector similar to what you plug a phone into a wall outlet with. How do I get from a round 3.5mm to a wall outlet type connector?

Did you ask ClearSound if they make both for the cellphones (2.5 mm) and for the regular phones?

I know the Clarity products, now part of Plantronics, had loops for sale through Teledynamics. Maybe you can ask both. PT 800-2544-4460, TD 800-847-5629

I know the State of California has free phone aids they give to hard of hearing people, number is 800-806-1191. While they wouldn't supply Texas people they may have the loops and could tell you where they get them.
