Option 11 system with Callpilot VM

One of the employees forwarded her ext 4122 to another extension 4069 because she moved to another location within the building. I was asked to move the 4122 tn to the 4069 tn. I did this and then asked her to remove the forwarding. Now, when calling teh 4122 line it rings and goes to vm, however her phone is not ringing. I think it is still hitting 4069 set and then forwarding to her vm. Below is the print out - if I'm right, can I undo this remotely? If so, can you provide some direction? Thanks

Just out Key 19 then put it back on the phone.
