Hi guys! I’m back, but smarter, thanks to you! I’m wondering, in your opinions, which is the better headset: GN Netcom1. 9359 Plantronic2. CS55H 3. CS55 4. CS351 (Supra) Which one is the way to go in your opinion?Any help whatsoever would be great, as this is a crash-course for me! Thanks again. Jenny

The Supra would be my choice. Although what I find out with headsets is to not recomend any of them. Each user has different comfort level with various headsets. On the flip side some headsets work better with diffent telephone systems. If it is on a Analog ex. Most headsets work ok. If its on a keyset then be carefull and get a noise canceling headset. If the caller is next to a computer screen then some of these headsets pick up CRT noise.

We just got a 9350 wireless and the quality of the talk path is 100% better than the Plantronics SC50 I was using.
If you're looking at wired sets, look into the Sennheisers the quality is great and they are affordable. Sennheiser comes from the audio/hi-fi field.
