I have a cust that has a Norstar Plus Modular ICS. Rel 3 software
A few of the phones M7310 keep resetting. On one I swapped out phone, changed it to a different port.
next I will run a new cable. just wondering if someone has had this problem.

You've changed the phone and switched it to another port and it still resets? Only thing left is cable, jack or termination.

One assumes you have powered down and back up to eliminate the possibility of a power spike temporarily screwing up something?

Also do they have a 0X16 module?...maybe it's acting up. Press F*0 Intercom the VIEW on the screen, see if they are all on same port series such as 100 series or 300 series.

Did you reboot the system?
Is there very little to program where you could do a startup from scratch and see if that fixes it?
Do you have a REALLY good surge suppressor on this?
