I have a cust that has a Norstar Plus Modular ICS.
Rel 3 software

A few of the phones M7310 keep resetting. On one I swapped out phone, changed it to a different port.

next I will run a new cable. just wondering if someone has had this problem.

You've changed the phone and switched it to another port and it still resets? Only thing left is cable, jack or termination.

One assumes you have powered down and back up to eliminate the possibility of a power spike temporarily screwing up something?

Also do they have a 0X16 module?...maybe it's acting up.
Press F*0 Intercom the VIEW on the screen, see if they are all on same port series such as 100 series or 300 series.

UPDATE ON PROBLEM Wow this is really making humble.
Took a phone that I know works swapped it with trouble phone. Ran a new cable and installed a new jack. Changed ports and changed the DN number to the original one. Still is resetting !!!!

I am wondering is there something corrupt in the
software and is following just the DN number ???

Thanks for any input

Did you reboot the system?

Is there very little to program where you could do a startup from scratch and see if that fixes it?

Do you have a REALLY good surge suppressor on this?
