Happy New Year to all: I have a vet clinic that I setup with call record options and it works great (when they remember to push the button). They are now wanting to have every call recorded without having to press the record button; does anybody know of a way to accomplish this? They are on release 2.0 and it worries me that with recoding every call they will windup burning up the vm storage. I noticed on a 3.0 that I can send the recorded calls to an FTP server but without being able to record all calls upon answer that's a mute point. Thanks in advance!

Check out https://www.algosolutions.com/ We use it and are happy with it. Also, when using the call record feature, it records for a limited time (I forget how long, 2-3 minutes maybe). After the time is up, you, and your caller hear "recording ended". Not cool if the other party didn't know they were being recorded. Jim
