I had a lawyer call...wants a timer display on his display set....he couldn't tell me the number of the set nor his equipment....other than it says Nortel.
My guess is it is a CIC/S as most of the lawyers bought these from Birch about 15-20 years ago.
Does the Nortel give a usage timer display or a call duration display?
I will go by tomorrow and see what he has.

If it's a Norstar (CICS or MICS), Feature 77 during, or after a call, will give a static display of call duration
