I'm trying to set a transfer path to an external number. Path#3,transfer,external(tried all combination of inputs sa:pause,wait for dial tone etc.) I can see the system access the line or a line on a pool that I designate but, I get a message that the line or pool is not valid. The MICS has loop start trunks with supervision on. Any Ideas?

Although you are given an option to use a line pool in the set up of a transfer point, you must use a route and destination instead. Or you can use a link transfer if your lines are equiped with three way calling.
