So I'm a little stumped here. I'm working with an Octel (250) and a multi-site customer. This Octel is networked with others at the remote sites.
Im trying to create a new distribution list on the main Octel which will include some mailboxes that reside on remote Octels. My problem is that I'm not sure of 2 things 1. The syntax for entering the mailbox on the remote system (network #, then box?) 2. I'm not sure how to determine what the network number is set up as for the various nodes. Is this viewable in a menu/report that I'm just not seeing?
I have the node prefixes, but I think the system is looking for something different to be entered here.
Any assistance you can offer is appreciated. Thanks guys !
