System is a MICS 6.1 w/CP 100 rel. 3.1

I installed and configured a Call Pilot earlier today. I set up a CCR tree that goes something like this:

Thank you for calling XYZ company (greeting 1)

Then CCR Tree 1 kicks in:
For the address, press 1 (information)

For a list of employees, press 2. (Sub menu)
For Employee A, press 1 (xfer node to ext.)
For Employee B, press 2 (xfer node to ext.)
For Employee C, press 3 (xfer node to ext.)
etc., etc.

When I'm in the sub menu above, if I don't select an employee from the list, after a few seconds the system says "Exiting the system, good bye"

Is there a way to change this so if I don't select an employee, it goes back to greeting 1 and starts all over? Or am I stuck with the way the system is designed? Any help would be appreciated, thanks...

Under greeting 1 - do you have "Return to AA" =YES?

Under the Table, do you have any "Atdt:" set up?

Try one of those. The first one the most likely.

You have discovered an annoyance that has existed since the beginning of Norstar voice mail. It also happens if you use the bilingual setup, press 9 and then do nothing. The system thinks you hung up and disconnects. There is no work around.

Actually, there is a somewhat work around. Build an Info path and record a second of silence. You then choose your Destination (prev/home/disc), choose prev or home. In your sub menu greeting, say "press ? (info path)" to hear these options again. Hope this makes sense.

This is not necessary as each table can be assigned a repeat menu key. However it does not correct the press nothing option which only works on primary level of the home path.
