Are you referring to the "Meridian" series or "Norstar"?

What is the model number of the "Console"?

Scientists say that the universe is made up of Protons, Neutron & Electrons. They forgot "Morons".

Dave, I think he's talking about the 2250 console for a Meridian M1 system. I'd answer, but I don't know the pinout off the top of my head...

The 2250 uses a 25 pair amphenol cable and have never seen it using a Cat5E jack before.

I had a company that moved and I had to move their Option-11. In the new building, even though I told them, they didn't run any 25-pair cable for the console.
Fortunately they did run too many cat-5 cables.
So I had to make up modified patch cords for the patch panel, ran it across cat-5 cables (2 cables) then bring the 2 cables out to a 66-block to convert it back to amphenol for the console. Took a little thinking to make sure I had all the DN's and power etc... going to the proper pins. But it worked the first time.

I had to do the same thing in a building, but they were moving QCW4s not 2250s, so I needed a couple more pair if I recall, ended up using 5 CAT5 runs for two consoles. Bloody pain in the @$$ because someone didn't follow specifications...

Yep a standard 2250 took 2 2pair TNs and one or two power TNs depending on if it had add on BLFs.
