We have an old Nortel Meridian system at a vacant office that I was just informed needs to be brought back into production at a new location. We've moved to Cisco phones over the last 2 years and I haven't done any administration of this system in at least 1.5 years. We'll be having an outside vendor set it back up, but they need system information.

I can still dial in, but how do I go about getting software version of the system and the voicemail(the person who is now responsible for it has no idea and threw out the documentation I gave him and I've long since forgot). I believe it's Meridian 1 but can't be sure.

Find out if it is indeed a Merdian 1. That would be the Option series PBX. Get some model numbers, card numbers or phone types...that would help alot.

This will work for a PBX? We normally had to administer everything through "LD" menus.

Phone Type are M2008/2616/3903.

Card wise we have a SSC (NTDK20FA Release 1), DGTL LC (NT8D02EA Release 4) and a Univ Trk (NT8D17BB Release 5) w/ a Meridian Mail module.

I'm dialed in now, trying to go through the LD menu to see if one jumps out at me.
