What is everyone using for wireless headsets on Nortel CICS, MICS, and 3x8 systems? Are there ones to avoid, and are there headsets available without the need to install a handset lifter?

I use Plantronics CS-55 or 70. Don't need the lifter if you're at the desk and are willing to push a line button.
Don't know of any not needing a lifter when away from the desk.
