I have a client with a Norstar Plus CICS and I need to know what type and rls of nortel voice mail is compatible . They do not want to upgrade the Norstar. Thanks in advance for your help. Pat

CICS Version 1.....
According to my chart you would need the Flash Version 1.4x to be compatible. NOT 1.3 and below and NOT 1.5 or above.
For some reason my chart also says the NAM (Norstar Application Module) Verions 2 and above will also work.
The NAM's are old but can have more channels. But if you find one, inquire to the # of channels. If you find a used one, be careful of the disk drive if it is old. Refurbish might be ok.

Flash 1.4 and above will work.

Yes, I would agree with you that 4.1 only and 4.1 and above is a big difference.
Most of the time, it is usually xxx and above for almost everything.
It is possible that there is a mistake in the chart. Or maybe someone has a different chart.
Just to show some diff here is what the Chart that I have says:
