Howdy,
My mind is elsewhere today. What's the best way to have calls answered by a single mailbox during the day (done!) and answered by company AA at night (?)
Night ring group to VM dn? Manual button or auto business scedule?

During day make sure AA lines are not answering. Set GD mailbox to answer

GD is mailbox 100. If you tell 100 that the ext is say 221 (reception) then make sure Foward No Answer is set to voice mails ext under Capabilities. F985 will tell you vmails ext/dn #.
Assume you want GD to answer if reception does not? if you want right away then do Vlad's suggestion.
