I am working on a BCM400 v3.6 with onboard call pilot vm. I have activated auto-attendant. When a DID in the group is dialed and gets no answer the auto attendant message plays instead of the mailbox for that DID. I have forward no answer set to the DN of the vm system. What do I not have set correctly??? Thanks!

DRT to prime may be set too low, the ext. # for the mailbox may be wrong, or you have the line # set to AA in: AA - Lines.

 Make sure the AA is not programmed to answer the target line and the the Prime set for the target line is correct.
