Have a client that have 25 pair between 2 buildings gone bad. Needs replacement but operation is 24 hours. Can't run a lift. They wants to go run cable outside of the plant around the building. Distance is 2200 feet. Second system is not an option. Off premises circuits either (15 phones). Any suggestion on fiber? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like fiber extendar needed and install 0X16 remote end.

Or install a SAP (at remote end riser room or beside set) on the 2nd pair of the set, 15 SAPs required though.

Thank you Curlycord but those extensions already exist in another building. I need amplify somehow a 25 pair cable or use SAP at each phone.

Yes but they will then go on the new feed cable right?
So put the 0X16 or SAPS where the 25 terminates in building 2.

Also I would make sure the feed is CAT5 twisted which helps boost.

I understand but am thinking Fiber extender would be better cause would be moving 0x16 to 2nd building anyway and money is not an issue.

Yes it would be much better hence my first suggestion/post.....I only mention SAP's as an alternitive solution but since money is not an issue then thats nice to work with.

Little more info but check with MCK/CTI on other products if they have, MCK 7000 might help too.
