Nortel CICS with CallPilot 3.1 user says that every 2 or 3 days line 3 will go straight to voicemail instead of after 4 rings. He reboots both and it works again for 2 to 3 days then does again. I have not been out yet. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on checking? :shrug:

Does it do it every call or only sometimes? If only sometime, make sure call forward busy is off on all phones that ring for line 3. Check for DND on ringing sets. I know this is basic, but sometimes we overlook the obvious.
