mac the knife Member Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 4 glasgow scotland	Hi Guys, have trouble with a nortel phone model 2004. When I make a call to another phone there is one way speech, the 2004 does not broadcast any sound. I have checked that the handset cord is not plugged into headset socket or anything like that, and have checked the gateway settings. Other phones(2001, 1120) work fine.Could it be a firmware problem,I tried to update but it wont accept the file I've named 2004. When I upgraded firmware on other phones, I just named the file according to the model of phone, but it doesn't work with the 2004. Thanks in advance for any help.
