I have a client who moved in to a new location and found 10 IP2004 phones. He is hell-bent on using them to save money. Can these phones be used with a hosted PBX (off-site) service or is a BCM required?

It can be used on Succession or BCM

You would need to plug into a Networked Switch at the remote site thats tied to the main site.

Also key codes required on main box.
