Has any one ran into the problem where CCR INT TXFR wont go to VM with CFNA, it just loops back to the beginning of the CCR Tree, it also does this when you just dial the ext. from an outside call during AA and CCR, but internal ext. to ext. calls CFNA works well
The install is MICS 6.0 with NAM 4.0.01, all works well except outside EXT. dials and CCR transfers on all 21 extensions HELP!!

is the mailbox's initalized, do a f-985, make sure
the cfna is set to that mb, what is your ring status on lines to answer on AA, and what is the rings set on the mailbox to xtfr. if the rings are not set the AA will pick up before the mailbox does.. hope this helps.

welcome
For proper compatabilty to MICS 6.0 the NAM should be 4.1. You will get unpredictable errors with 4.0. You're lucky it boots at all.

Whatever the CFNA is set to, thats how many rings it takes to return to the beginning of the CCR Tree

It's your transfer call back; it should be longer (5 rings) than your CFNA (4); if your transfer callback is at 3 rings, the transfer comes back to it's originating point, the CCR tree...

Yes, I'm a frenchie; have a problem with that?? Well, I do!!

Ok I may have found my fix
I have a spare KSU MICS 2.2, can i transfer the 6 port fibre card NTBB06GA from the KSU that is in service into the old KSU, from what i can tell MICS 2.2 and NAM VM 4.0 are compatable, and is there any drivers needed for the fibre card
