We have the auto attendant already set up with a recording for the holidays, however, I am not sure exactly how to set the phones to forward automatically by schedule or program a night button that will send it directly to the auto attendant greeting we have while everyone is out for the holiday weekend. Any help would be GREAT!

What is the system, voice mail and software versions, please?

Ring Service button programming:
F*3, press the button you want to program then dial F871.

Based on the system and voicemail version the configuration will differ.
Please explain the system details while posting the issue.
In this case considering you have BCM you can configured AA holiday config

Sorry it is CICS with CP100. I finally found it through the GUI on the VM. Sorry for the delayed response ended up going out of town.
