I HAVE A NEW TYPE OF PRI INSTALLED FROM A CERTIN VENDOR ITS CALLED A DYNAMIC T IS THERE ANY REASON IF A SET HAS NO DID ON IT I CAN FORWARD MY SET OUTSIDE BUT IF I HAVE A DID ON A SET AND FORWARD THAT SET IT WONT DIAL OUT MICS 7.1

Does that one DN have ALLOW REDIRECT = YES ?
The phone that doesn't work, does it have access to the line pool?
You might also look at the OLI# - either put it in or take it out. See if it makes any difference.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Make sure all your DID were ported over new PRI. Can you receive a call on DID at all? I had a client with PRI over DSL and they wouldn't allow to Forward DID externaly as well. You have to call them up. Its a Programmable featuter on their router.
