The BCM 400 alerted our NOC that the physical memory was low; I looked into it and it was at 97%. I read up and saw issues with memory leaks and went to load the latest patches. I noticed a few scheduled patches that had been loaded previously were downloaded in the system but not active...I tried to cancel them (EM says they canceled but they are still showing as downloaded). I try to load a patch and it fails. The SU will run through all patches in EM and after running through all the patches it will say upload failed. I rebooted the BCM and the physical memory is now at 54% but I'm worried it will spike again if it is indeed a memory leak issue.
Any ideas?
Thank you

Make sure patches are unzipped.

You might need to restore from a backup and try again but re-download fresh copy of patches but also make sure they are the right ones for your system size and also release software.
