Hello everyone I have a 7.1 MICS system. We just added a 3rd PRI because we thought we might have capacity issues. When we had 2 PRI's we would get "Fast Busy" when attempting to make outbound calls during peak times. We added a 3rd PRI last week. All incoming calls are working normally to the 1st and 2nd PRI (We had the carrier test inbound calls to the 2nd pri).
When we fill up the third PRI now we do not get fast busy but "NO Free Lines". Some basic troubleshooting it seems that the calls are not rolling down to the 2nd PRI.
We hired a guy to overlook the upgrade and make sure things are working but I'm not sure he is that skilled. He didnt know some of the stuff that many of you know on this site. Like that the card type needs to be the one that ends in AAAA.
Anyone have any suggestions or knows someone really skilled in troubleshooting that lives in Orange County, CA?
