A phantom mailbox is no different than any other subscriber mailbox, except there is no extension associated.
Your limit is the voice mail capacity or in the case of a CP number of licenses and system capacity.

Be cautious use phantoms on call pilot as it uses licensed mailboxes, be sure to document them incase you need to delete them.
