We lost complete power for a few days and our CallPilot 100 System reset. I've gotten everything back to normal except 2 things. 1. I can access the Gen Delivery mailbox, but when calls come in and when not answered usually go to that mailbox. My settings show GD mailbox is turned on. 2. If a call is transfered to an extension and not answered I want it to go to that extensions voice mail, not bounce back to the sender.

In Capabilities all extensions who owns a Mail box has to be forwarded for NA into CallPilot's VM extension(F985) and Lines has to be assign in AA's Table for Answer.

Until the mailboxes are initialized the system will send calls to the GD mailbox....
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
