Need to re-record outgoing messsage for MB 10. The girls in the office say they cannot record a second of silence. I thought I can simply have them transfer me to MB 10 and I can hit * or ** plus MB and password to get into admin to re-record this. When I press * I get the option for 70 and 81 to login.
What am I missing here?
Someone somehow got in locally and changed the greeting to MB 10 instead of AA greeting 1.
