I have a customer using auto attendant when calling in and you do not dial an ext. Phone rings 20 or so times then goes to gen del mail box.I would like to have caller go back to auto attendant an not GD mail box. Juno

In the GUI interface of the CallPilot, Auto Attendant menu, there should be a choice to check 'Return to Auto Attendant'. If you check this, it should route them back to the Auto Attendant after no activity.

I checked program return to AA is checked callers still go to Gen Del MB.

You will have turn off the GDM.
