Hi, a flash site is not allowing the recorded CCR path 0 greeting to be saved. The system plays the company greeting, then goes to the CCR home menu Path 0 greeting (the old one). I can go into the system an listen to the old, re-record a new greeting, play it back, save it, but when I call in I hear the old one. I log back in and hear the old one where I recorded a new one.....very odd. Anyone have this problem and a solution?

Did you diable the tree before making changes then re-enable it?
Try going into Tree #5. If your new message is there, then it wasn't saved. Save it as Tree #1 or 2, whatever.

If you did disable it, and still doesnt work, I would check your Greeting Table and confirm what CCR tree you are running. Maybe you have two trees and your only changing the one....
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

Disabling it worked, Thanks Dave. I thought it was something related to alt greeting. The book showed it but no in programming. Different versions I guess.
