I am in the middle of upgrading a BCM 400 from 3.7 to 4 and while using the upgrade ck tool I received and error. the error code referred to the cdr file reducing the available harddrive free space.

I am using putty to access the hardrive but I need to know the file list to remove or file that need to remain. Does anyone have the list of cdr file to be removed and location of the file or a list of locations and files that should remain

Hi Robin,

I would suggest you to open a ticket with Nortel. Some file which we are trying to delete will have rights to root account only, so they will access the using a root password and clear the hdd space by removing the unwanted cdr files.
