Does older 6x16 DR5 have call monitor feature. Customer wants to listen in on his sales force from his phone to see if they are communicating properly with his customers.
If not, does CICS or MICS have this capability? What version software?

CICS and MICS later versions have Hunt Group monitor.

There are other options for your customer. I have a customer whom has an external monitoring device that works great for his applictaion. If interested, I will get the name of the equipment for you. Tim

Is Call Recording something he may be interested in? We are running the Call Parrot, Engage, by Telstrat, and it saves all calls to wave files. Pretty handy and easy to administrate. Just need a server to put the software on and an integration device to talk with the norstar system. Not 100% sure though if it will work on a 6x16.... We are running it on MICs and BCMs...
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
