It's been a while since I worked on one of these. I don't have remote access, so when I tried walking through the end user through the F983 admin, and it said "inactive feature". I'm assuming that these can't be administered through the keyset and have to be done via Unified Mgr? Can't remember exactly...

I should add that I don't know the S/W, but I doubt it has been upgraded since 2003.

F983 is not available on the BCM.
