System is a MICS 7.0 with CP100 3.1. CP100 is accessible through the LAN and configured for CallPilot mode instead of NVM.

Customer wants to have the GD mailbox message notification AND box 221 MB message notification show up at 221. Looked at the web interface and set interface (same options available on both but checked anyway) for box 100 but didn't find anywhere to set the message notification only. Can't change the MB Extension to 221 b/c 221 also has its own MB.

Any suggestions?

You can only have one msg lamp per set.

Work around if reception ok to share:
Delete MB 221
Change the name of 100 to her name
On MB 100 Change Ext to 221

or if you have a spare port on system....say ext 260 as example.
Change mailbox 221 to Ext 260
Create Answer DN of 260 on set 221
So if people enter her name it will ring 260.
No set up Off Prem Notify to call Internal and Ext 260.
