Have a customer with a CICS running 6.1 and equipped with a CI Trunk Card. Customer ordered Caller ID from the Telco and we were asked to go in and program it on the required sets. Under "Terminals&Sets;Telco features", the "Caller ID Set" prompt is not there, so we are unable to activate it on any set.

Have tried a reboot and we have swapped CI Cards. The prompt is still not there. We are thinking a corrupt feature Card.

If you don't see it in the programming I would check the software.

Verify it is 6.1

Also you may not be in the installer level of programming.

Also - you will not find it on an extension unless that ext has a line RINGing on the set.

Thx for the help folks. Turns out, we were fed some incorrect info. Flash Voice Mail was set to AA and answering all incoming calls on 1st ring, therefore no set was assigned to ring, hence no prompt.
