I have a customer with an 8x24 and a nam voicemail. They would now like some virtual locals in the 400 series. On the phone side there is no problem, but on the NAM how do you prg when someone from outside calls in and gets the main voicemail for them to dial a local in the 400 series? How would I configure my CCR tree?

If I'm understanding this right, there should be nothing to do in the CCR. Just dial the ext # and it should go to the VM directly.

If by vitrual you mean no phone attached, make the the mailbox has no DN associated. The call will directly to the mailbox when dialed.
